BF2S Forums Spiking in squad

Are you sure its spiking? If I join a squad (member or leader) or be commander, my mouse controls go all juddery (which looks like lag) but all other controls continue to work fine, and my ping doesnt change either. If I leave the squad, it's all fine again. If thats the same as what you're getting, then the only help I can offer you is the comfort of knowing you're not alone, as I haven't managed to fix it yet, and have tried just about everything.

Same here.  Sometimes when I get out of the Commanders screen I get spikes or different types of lag.  Also, when I'm in squads with a wide range of pings and we are all near each other I get some real hyper lag or teleport all over.  I just get out of the squad or join another squad.  The flying thing is more an issue if I have a co-pilot with a huge ping difference.  We both have lag and we are never in sync on targets.

Yeah it has been happening to me for a long time. I'll just not join up with squads.
