I'd really like to play one if it was unranked and actually populated.
One time on Sharq me and this guy were knifing at hotel, I killed him and he laughed and asked for a rematch.
So we went and did a rematch, there was no "k kill me then I kill you k?", it was legit knife fighting, its just we set it up. Usually we'd snipe until the other person came. We did it where there was no enemies ever on Sharqi. It was really fun. Nothing is more fun than good old knife fight. I think I went like 8-7

I'd play on a unranked k/p server, if there is one. My idea of ranked playing is not K/P, simple as that. Most K/P servers tend to be Karkand, and I don't play that map. So no, I'll pass. I'd say live and let live though.
Though, if someone does play K/P to gain stats/awards but simply doesn't care about their stats being whipped, that simply defeats their own philosophy.

How can you earn the basic badges? To those who got it 5 or 6 months ago it's different now. How do you get 7 knife kills in 1 round?

I dont understand why there is a common misconception of "Stat padding" taking place on these servers. I dont see how it is statpadding cause I feel it is funner to shoot someone with a pistol... or knife someone without worrying about some faggot in a tank about to blow me away. I have seen stat padding take place once on a Pistol/Knife server. I have played on them hundreds of times. In my opinion it should just be legal. But leave it to all the fags at BF2RS to whine and bitch about everything.

Trust me, this guy has way more fun then you then and is really laughing his ass off and it's not hard to make the decision who is the newb then and knows nothing about the ROE.
As for K&P servers, i don't play on them, i prefer playing on Infantry Only servers with my second account. I don't know how many guys have been already there, trying to annoy people by using a tank or something else. Just give them the information that it's not legit to play on these server, no matter what they do there and they quicker disconnect as you can press ALT-F4.
P.S. Keep on doing it, hopefully you'll never meet me on an Infantry Only Server. :]
And now one global question: Do Knife & Pistol Servers harm you, are you that interested in useless stats, do other people stats offend you?
