so its a bug, cant get the ribbon. spoke with ea, they gave me a mail addy, sent an email they gave me another addy sent those people an email. havent got an answer now its been 1 month+

im happy to see how EA help their customers when they need their help. its not like i can hack into their servers and add the ribbon to my account. shame tho, i wud have liked at least a standard answer. alteast blizzard always gave me that when wow went bad.

Passing the buck is a tried and tested customer care tactic. Someone has a problem and u don't know the answer, land it in somebody elses lap and it aint ur problem no more. The number of companies who do this is retarded. +1 for ur pain.

So it IS a bug?  EA has confirmed that?  Because I (like you) have been awaiting this ribbon for a while.  Being a Karkand whore I was mystified that I got the China Service Ribbon (or whatever) before Middle East.

In the end they will claim to have tried to contact you three times and will close the ticket due to "No Response."

nah, havent seen that they confirmed it ...they refuse to answer me but id say its obvious it is a bug by now.
