Finally I got my 18 kills expert knife badge tonight. After posting in another thread about how my friend and I got his expert and my vet, I decided I should follow my own advice and "re-get" my expert. I just realized tonight that the last time I got 18 knife kills IAR I didn't meet the 100 kills prereq so I never got my badge which I thought would show up when I hit 100 knife kills - ever since I gave up on the badge as too frusterating.
I went to a Sharqi server with about 28/64 people so the tickets were nice and high and the game length was long enough to have a chance at some kills. It took two rounds to finally get it, but damn, whats with the knife missing glitch? I hear the sickening stab noise, no kill. Literally theres times where you can stab player model to player model, 5 times in a row and theres no kill...anyone else notice this? It's supremely frusterating, nevermind all the noob-tubers who gp25 you when your inches away, yet they miraculously recieve no splash damage after their nade blows up inches from their face...
Anyways the feeling of elation is great once you finally get it!
And for people who are on my team watching me knife people, FFS stop shooting and TKing me when I'm stabbing them. DAO12 is not friendly fire friendly!!! Wait till I die or get some aim. I hate being on 15-17th kill only to get robbed by a teammate shooting the enemy or team killing me while trying to jack my target. Have some consideration for people who are legit trying to get their badges!

Now for that explosives badge... I've been having fun with the c4-trigger-wont-come-out and instead throws another pack of c4 down while I get shot in the face glitch... oh the joys.
