How does creating a new account affect your friend? You can create as many accounts as you wish. Let your friend use the old account if he wants and you use a new one.

Use a hack, take a PB screenshot, submit it to BFROE. EvenBalance doesn't ban on screenshots alone, so you can't be PB banned. But EA will gladly hit the "RESET" button.

It has to catch you and even then it depends on the hack. I know the 'lightweight hacks' tend to get you globally banned for 2 minutes. The really big hacks get you a GUID ban (you need a new CDKey). If you try to circumvent that ban and PB catches you again, you get a hardware ban.
