Apologies if these have been answered before - had a look but couldnt find answers

1. If server goes down or my connection fails do I still keep the points from that round or do you have to complete the game to be awarded those points?

2. On this site's stats - in the medals/ribbons requirements does a green tick appear next to required kills. I'm sure i got over 20 kills as a medic yesterday but no tick appeared

If the server crashes, you will not get the points or awards.  Those are only reported to EA's stats servers at the conclusion of each round.

If you disconnect due to a problem on your end (and not serverside) then yes, you will get your points and awards.

No, a green tick does not appear next to the kills.  You need to have the global requirements completed prior to getting the IAR requirements.  This means you must have 15h as medic prior to getting 20 kills IAR before you're to be awarded your veteran medic combat badge.
