WTF Idont understand this at all. I am playing the other night at Karkand on a regualr ranked server. I working on the knife badge, to hell with this im going for pistol. Sweet this isnt too bad. BAM i get that 5th kill pretty quick. Now here is where its gets muckered. I already have vet specops and as I get my 5th pistol kill BASIX Spec op badge awarded. HUH???????? OK its a glitch. So I go for it again the next day. I get the 5th kill and this time not only do I get basic pistol but later in the round I get crew service ribbon. Sweet. Go and check my stats and havnt updated yet n prob ill check in the morning. So this morning I go and check wait for everything to finish updating and guess what , no badge or ribbon. So WTF is going on here? In the past with everything else if it doesnt update that night sure it does after 12 hours or so. how long does it take to update the site. oh and BTW if anyone wants to statpad for the knife let me know LOL!!!!!!!!!!
i thought badges, ribbons, and medals were something to be proud of. what's the point of statpadding to get the knife badge? just go to karkand or sharqi (the construction site and city entrance flags are the best, imo) and knife like hell.

I agree with you my friend. statpadders must die. If it takes me another 100 hours to get the knife then so be it. Hence the LOL after the comment. statpadders are LOL's Lots of Losers.
Go to Sharqi Pen. map. Snipers and campers gallore on that map. Thats where i got my vet knife badge.

EA is doing upgrades at the moment for BF2:SF... so don't be surprise if your stats are not updated...
so they wuill eventually update or am I goin gto have to go get the badge a 3rd time. Kinda getting BS if u ask me. you work your ass off to get the stuff and then you dont even get it. I wouldnt care too much about it but if you want the coolness of a 1st sgt, then u gotta have it. Im about to say piss on it and just rack up my others badges.
I don't think anybody knows the answer to that, but if it's the end of the world to redo any badges then I would say stop going for them until the expansion is released. I don't think see how it's a big deal though, 5 pistol kills are pretty easy to be honest, and if you've done it twice already, what's wrong with doing it again?
Besides, knifing/pistoling is probably the funnest part of this game, I find myself doing it more often these days.
