Be a little more specific, any errors, won't let you re-download etc.
Any way I have a guess.
Try going to
Program Files\Electronic Arts\EA Downloader\cache\YOURNAME
Go into the two folders at the top (assuming they are downloaded) and click setup.exe.
This should send you through the installation process.
IF that fails, move the two folders somewhere else and see if you can re download
EDIT: Folders have big names
eagamesbf2-2006online_map_contentbf2af <- look for this folder for AF
eagamesbf2-2006online_map_contentbf2ef<- For EF

I had them downloded once and my computer said i dont have that file on the computer and what does YOURNAME mean. and if i look under bf2 and maps it says i have them but it doesnt show up as a valid ser or on single player.
