i've seen so many SS or actual ppl playing where they just abuse the point system.

be it mashtuur where they just fly around in helicopters pharming points with their clan members without killing anyone, or where people meet up in an area of a map, kill and revive, kill and revive.

i really want to know since EA is so strict about rank servers only being purchasable through EA and their affiliates...do they really ban or delete people's account if they are caught point pharming?

personally i havent seen anyone get banned or points taken away from doing this....has anyone seen EA act upon this?

Yes, resets happend to FistFullofClams (like 2 times) and Elektrik.  I know Fist didn't pad anything, he was just good.  He kind of whored medic, but he killed alot too...pretty sad.

Well there is one infamous example; exp.elektric got reset after being seen (with a picture showing it and he confirming it) on a knife/pistol only server. At that time he was numero uno... Thus you can imagine that it went around... I don not know about others...

More about exp.elektric, here:

ahhh ok, thx for the info!

so do they only act when someone is reported? or do they actually go over the data from their servers?

I think they probably only care if like the top 20 stat pad or something. They are the most visible to the community and most likely to get attention and make people angry against EA. (Yes I think they are out for themselves only).

I'm sure they won't do much about a stat padder who is in 31,337 th place or something like that unless it's rather obvious or people are really talking about it. It'd be nice if they had software that could automatically make alerts for possible padders, but with the skills some of those coders have, I'm not sure they could.
