why are some of you people soo anti unlock? i use the unlocks because i spent time unlocking them. i can get more kills and beat squads easier. whats the problem with that?
The same reason people use knives in a game with tanks, jets, and about 40 different guns.
I'm not really against unlocks..I use them sometimes..But I just find the default weapons good enough and I wanna learn how to handle each gun with 'skill'...lavadisk wrote:

It's a gun, shoot it. I don't care which one, if you got skill it doesn't matter.

I don't care, personall i use almost exclusively use unlocks, they are just better for me personally.
Some people prefer the basic guns (Ak-101 anyone?). It's just what people prefer, and i think somewhere, some 'important' person said that using basics makes you 'cooler' or gives you more skill

I use them because they look cooler than the regular guns and i'm usually better with unlocks. I don't have a problem with any of them except the MG36 and that might be just because i've only used it in laggy SF.

i prefer the mg36 and the other unlocks becuase they look good too. the mg36 becuase it gets more accurate faster and i can use it to do hit-and-run tatctics. you know. find a guy. lay down shoot him. get up and do again.

personally i dont care, i just prefere using the default weopons because thats what i started out with and got used to, unless im MEC/PLA ill take the M95 if im sniper as there guns suck my balls.

I rarely use stock guns; the only ones I use are SVD, AK-101, M16A2 (Assault variant), and M11-87.
Unlocks just perform better for me. At the end of the day it's about kills, not what you killed with.

People are anti-unlocks because they think its too easy to kill someone with unlocks. In some cases its very true (PKM, G36E), but if they didnt want the unlocks they shouldnt have gotten them. I use them every now and then. Mostly sniping because I LOVE the L96. But ever since I considered going into a clan, I havent been using unlocks.

You're free to use them, but when you say that they're better than the stocks, it really becomes a matter of opinion.

Just bought the game- Uses stocks because there's no other option
After 6 months- Uses unlocks for every kit that he can, because, well duh they're unlocks and undoubtedly better than all the others
After a year- Uses unlocks sparingly, because he knows that in most cases they are equal if not worse than their stock counterparts

The only unlocks I use are
M95
L96a1 on occasions
DAO
And G3 very rarely
The stock guns own all though. Some unlocks take no skill. G36e. Point and click twice.
