Left handed kb config?

Haven't found anything on the subject and I'm curious how other left handers set their kb up. Here's mine:

On foot:
arrow keys: my "WASD"
INS, HOME, PGUP, PGDN: 1, 2, 3, 4 (weapon changes)
Ctrl: crouch
DEL: prone
Enter: jump
Shift: sprint
Numlock: main com rose
Numeric /: secondary com rose
7: full screen map
End: spawn screen
Y/N: Yes and No

The rest are left at their default values

Vehicles:
Backspace: enter/exit
numeric 0: pop flare/smoke
Shift: afterburner
PGDN: toggle weapon mode

The big problem is not having enough keys around my "WASD" buttons and I'm curious how others solve it. I suppose using IJKL instead of WASD is a better solution than mine. BTW, I use a standard, full size Dell KB.

well i use the arrow keys but i'm not left handed and its like yours except the jumpin/crouch keys r on the other side.

also, have crtl as jump and put crouch as keypad 1 and prone as 0 so u can have reload as end, it seems easyer but might not be for leftys...

I'm left handed, i used to use arrow keys with CS but i changed to wasd, and i use wasd with bf2, why dont you change?

i used alot of configurations but when i bought a Nostromo N52 game pad, it seemed to work the best...

on the KB i primarily use the numpad:

[num]8: forward
[num]2: backwards
[num]4: strafe left
[num]6: strafe right
[num]7: jump
[num]1: crouch
[num]3: prone
[num]9: reload
[num]enter: enter/exit vehicle
right arrow: sprint
PGUP: No
PGDN: Yes
map: M
Spawn Screen: Enter
1,2,3,4: weapons change
but primarily mouse wheel for weapons change (need to change this because it take to long)

i use these kind of configuration for almost every game (COD, BF, Battlefront ...), with small changes depending on the game of course

for the left hand, i use the new logitech MX610 left-hand laser mouse

I wish I could go over to WASD, a bit too late I'm afraid: been using this setup since Quake 1.

JVollmer's suggestion to fully use the numeric part is probably the best solution for left handed mouse + kb users.

Edit: just saw what the Nostromo speedpad is. Pretty cool, although it looks right-hand built...

I had a friend who played CS with his mouse lefty, and he still used WSAD for movement. If it really comes down to it, try ESDF instead of the default. But really, arrow keys are horrible (in my opinion) for any type of gaming. They are separated from everything else, which may mean easy access, but in reality they deprive you of the ability to rapidly press binds that are otherwise available.
