No, I had this last night on AF on Road Rage. A guy on the other team jumped into the gunner seat of my tank and sat there gunning down my own teammates at a CP. This guy couldnt be killed, i put half a dozen tank rounds into him when he was standing still after he jumped out - and nothing.
He even sat in a jeep, I put 2 tank rounds into it - and nothing happened. It didnt even start smoking.
He appeared to only be able to be tked, since a jet came to drop bombs and set my tank alight, but blew him up in his jeep.
The guy was on the other teams scoreboard (wish I had screenied it to get his name and prove it), but it was insane. I thought it was the redtag glitch at first, but when i looked on the scoreboard - it obviously wasnt.
And I also got the impression that he could spawn at our CP's...not 100% sure on that though.

If it was real (which it clearly isnt with your crappy photoshop skills) DICE haven't written it into the programme to allow enemies to get into the same vehicle, and therefore no red square would show up in the vehicle icon at the bottom (because the game cant magically do something which it hasnt been told to do).Snake wrote:

They didnt write in the ability to go inside buildings - yet it occurs on Karkand.
They didnt write in the fact that enemies can be invulnerable to 5 tank shots...yet it happened last night.
Its happened to me on numerous maps, Midnight sun was another just the other day.
If there was neg karma still on, youd get a lot of it right now. This is NOT a photoshop editing thing. I dont even have that program because I have no interest in it. It is very fucking true - whether you chose to accept it or not.
If you are so far up your own ass that you cannot see this, then prove to us how that is a photoshop edit and show us all up. Because believe me, it was very fucking true last night.

Ok let me just clear this up for you people who haven't heard of the search button.
- The switching-team-and-staying-alive thing is real. You can't do it yourself, it only works on servers where the admin is ingame and the admin uses a type-in command to force switch you. To my knowledge it's only ever been used successfully on unranked servers but I haven't tried it myself so I don't know. Anyway if anyone is considering using it for padding, that's pretty pathetic.
- If the red name bug is happening it ALSO shows the player as being on the enemy team scoreboard when you press tab. A good guide is look at the number of players (if the server is set to autobalance) because one team will appear larger, the one with the guy you tked. The red name bug is consistent like that. If a guy looks like he's on the wrong team, the scoreboard will also be wrong.

Hmm.. I've never had this happen to me.. but I wanna try it out lol. I've had a thing where one of my teammates just wouldn't die. We shot him hundreds of times, but he wouldn't die. I even ran up and C4'd him. Then, I decided to C4 the other guy standing next to me to see if the admin had turned off FF, but he got blown up... That was one of the wierder things that happened, but it was quite funny to see 13 guys shooting one tank with random stuff, he even got bombed by a pilot someone asked to fly in.

Could you explain to me one thing? You said that the enemy who got in your chopper was gunning down your entire team. Wouldn't you realise this after he shot one or two people and then NOT follow your own team around giving your gunner kills?

this 1 time i was on karkand, being MEC. MEC had square, USMC at suburbs. i spawned at square killed a US guy, then the admin swapped me teams as there was a few extra people on the MEC team. This killed me, but i didnt want to be US, as they were getting owned, so i swapped back. I didnt screenshot this, cause it was ages ago, but i had the US flag as blue in the top right, as if i was on their team. I could spawn at MEC bases, and the MEC team appeared as enemies, US as friendlies.
So i stabbed a MEC dude with the knife, and got a tk and punish, and when i killed a US guy i got the kill. I appeared as an american soldier. When i got in a car to drive, mec piled in, and they all appeared red to me. However, after i died, i spawned back as a mec guy, and everythng was back to normal.
