These guys have no admins on servers and they try to enforce the rules by taking screenshots. Funny! Is like a security guard trying to give a ticket to someone thats speeding by taking pictures.

you have to register but to read what is said is so funny you'll want to baserape them too.

Actually, cameras are being set up in Houston in several interescitons which can (Being Tested at the moment) ticket people for speeding and running lights.
