BF2S Forums Should 2142 be a public BETA prior to release

so 2142 will be BETA before it hits the store?

for download and you have to sign up 4-6 months in advance to play test it? i think not

There will be a public Beta test for BF2142.

Has been already stated in several interviews.

As much as I'd like a free version it would probably have so many bugs and wouldn't be all that great plus to think of the gig or more download holy shit that would be retarted. Plus EA would never do that because so many people wouldn't buy it after. Maybe a limited beta with one or two maps that would be good but I think it's beeter to just let them go at it.

2142 is going to be a private beta for something like 50? current bf2 players.
