I was doing searches and didn't come up with many results discussing mod releases.

I know totalbf2.com has a pretty thorough mod section but they listed like every group no matter what stage they were at and I'm sure lots of those mods will never come out. It just seemed pretty confusing what mods were already out which ones will definitely be out soon and which ones were just a bunch of crappy renders of one dude who got high and decided this would be a mod someday.

Anyhow this is my little take on mods

My intent is to put together a little clearer list of mods that are actually out and worth downloading.. if anyone thinks there should be a mod on this list go ahead and put it up. Maybe if folks on here see these mods give them a shot then it could add to those communities and make them more popular.

their site really didnt describe the game itself

i didnt bother with battleracer or sir mod as they arent about killing people so much as goofing around
or at least that was my impression but it wouldnt hurt to give em a shot i suppose

i'l give you some details about the game then.

There are 3 map packs to download,promising enough content to keep you going for a while.

Kits are packed with guns,i was messing about as sniper and i got an M95 ,svd,binoculars,ak 74,claymore,c4,pistol knife.

Guns from Ef are included like the sa80 with Gl and the auto shotgun.

There is a helicopter with 2x22 missles and a gun on the front.

New vehicles.

Gunners only get to fire the gun but the pilot has 4 heat seeking missles and 8 regular ones.

Overall a fun mod ,i recomend it if regular bf2 is getting old.

most dont have solo but allied intent's solo is actually damn cool

it has 64/32/16 unlike bf2's only 16 *unless you mod it*

the bots do some crazy shit too. i thought it was fun and i typically think solo is lame
