Ok, this has been bothering me for a little bit, I cant understand why the game wont promote me up to First Sergeant. I believe I have all the badges I need, but alas, no promotion. Here are my stats, If anyone can see why it wont rank me up, please help me out... Thanks.

You need to have had all the awards prior to ranking up to Master Sergeant ... you will never be a First Sergeant now ... have fun getting the 20k point you need for your next rank.
