I know that we all have a life outside bf2. The two things I enjoy most outside bf2 are marlboro reds and baseball. I would put women in there somewhere but I am engaged now so that aspect of my life is pretty much over. Anyways I was looking around the forums today and unless I missed something I did not see anything about favorties sports team. So post your favorite sports team. Any sport( the weirder the better) and maybe a little bit about it.

Stl. Cardinals - I have been going to games since I was a kid. Great city, fans, and the team is not half bad either.

For its population its pretty much impossible to beat St. Louis' sports, and the Cardinals are the crown jewel. I also love the Blues, and am glad to see Checketts beginning with the rebuilding process immediately. Hopefully we get back on top of the West soon (Stevie Y done in Detroit might signal the end of an era for Detroit, and a chance for us to get on top in the Central)

People in sports (players, coaches, various press) also talk about how great we, the fans, of St. Louis sports are as far as being knowledgeable, appreciative and respectful (for the most part...Cubs/Red Wings games....well, no ones perfect ).

Beleive it or not, I was at that game. My friends brothers friend (makes sense sort of) had four tickets to that game for his birthday. His dad had the tickets thru work, and they were in the "rich people" seats. They price on each ticket said $1000.00. That was the best time I have ever had at a game. I do not know how many bottles I tossed.

I love stuff like that. My buddy David plays for the pacers, and it was funny watchin him run around during the brawl at the palace.

Its about the only sport I care about when its in the regular season.
It's going to be a great year with Herm Edwards taking over as the new head coach, hopefully he will bring them all the way the first year
