hey peeps
wondering if anyone can help me. i no theres the problem with the game crashing at the moment but mine seems to have got worse over time. each time i load the game up and load a server when the join now button comes up it crashes back to desktop. this happens everytime i try to load my first game from bootup.
has anyone else had this problem and how, if you could, did u fix it ??

Haven't had this particular problem, but I have just had a problem with lag which suddenly turned up which was the result of a windows update. Have you tried rolling back to a previous check point?

it's just that this topic has been discussed a couple (dozen) times before and is a known issue with this patch.  It just happens to some people and sucks.

no dont bother its a 1.3 patch problem. once the map loads dont hit join, hit escape to load the map instead. make sure auto join is enabled in options.

cheers m8 but i havent tried tht u see i don't put all the updates on anymore cause whenever i used to put them on my comp wasnt the same after, something was always going wrong after i installed them. i was told tht this was a common practice cause they do f~@k ya system up sometimes.
