Yeah, this whole CTD + server crashes is a right pain in the ass. Some people, like you, seem way unluckier than others; I'll rarely get more than two server crashes in a single sitting and I had a run of maybe 12-14 games the other night where I didn't have a single one.

BTW, waiting a few moments before you click on Join Game after the button appears does seem to help with the CTD problem (not 100%).

Yeah, the really important part of that being the "...and nothing else is fucked up." part!

Well on the plus side your points can be sent to the stats server after a server crash in case you didn't know, so your time in the game may not be wasted. It may not happen every time but it certainly does work that way on some servers (as can a win if you're on the team with the most tickets).
