tankslapping? who comes up with these idiotic terms. smacktard, dolphin diving, tankslapping...
The tracks, and the backs are the weak areas as far as I know, 2 hits should do the trick on those spots, when we take a full health tank off course,some1stolemysandwich! wrote:

there is 1 sweetspot on a tank. on the inside of the front treads. if done properly, u can get a 1 shot kill.
I always shoot for where the turret connects to the body. Seems to be a 2 shot.
SecretsofBattlefield is your friend.
You can kill a full-health tank (and at least the MEC APC) with a single shot... but I'm not telling 'cause you didn't search!

I noticed today that you should fire at the threads of the PLA tank, cos your rocket can go through the holes :S and it doesnt do any damage then
it says 0 for the top, does that mean that the rockets just bounce off?
if you hit the gunner's mounted MG, does no damage.
Tankslapping originated in kart racing when one would lose control at high speed say 60 - 70 mph forcing the legs to violently slap the petrol tank placed between them. or braking suddenly on a motorbike resulting in EXTREME groinal injury i.e tankslapped!ThomasMorgan wrote:

it'd be cool if you could hit it and the gun blows up or something. not that you'd waste your rockets on a gunner who barely is a threat, when you could be blowing up the tank.
