You haven't taken 1000 (or is it 2000?) shots with a sniper rifle.
"Must have more than 1 hour with the Sniper Rifle, Have more than 1,000 shots with the Sniper Rifle"
And I also think that if you don't shoot for a month, the stats get to zero until you use sniper rifle again. (not sure about this though).

Hehe, if you check you'll see that 38% is not "healthy" for the sniper rifle, unless it's offset by an above-average KDR (way above average, you'll want at least 3).Skeet_wifebeat wrote:

Either add at least 10% to your hit percentage or improve your KDR with the sniper rifle (to at least above 1!) or ideally do both, then it'll be worth looking up.
