contact EA for advise. I think it could be your login because you have downloaded the patch so late that it needs time to adjust.

I am having the same problem I bought mine about a week ago from EBGames and installed the game and both patches. Played online with my friends on ranked servers, they ranked up but mine still shows I haven't even played a second online. I myself have tried reinstalling ti but no help. EA didn't help me either, all they sai was,"Make sure you play on a ranked server." Well I do cuz my friends all ranked.Then another email went out, with all the servers I regularly visit, and still no response 2 days later. If you figure something out holla at us. Thank you! PS just joined here for this help. filefront is no help to me but still nice to read some forums.

Never, ever use Norton when you are playing online games. Never EVER! Delete it from your computer, or end the process if you aren't willing to delete it.
