Yes and you 'have' to use all the points as well.

Problems:

You can't fire the PKM while running.  You can't fire ANY weapon while running.

What if someone wanted a sniper rifle?  The M24, L96A1, and M95 are all more accurate than the Scar-L.

The PKM's damage wasn't changed in 1.22, the accuracy was.

As for rate of fire, shouldn't it be compared to the bolt-action rifles?  I can fire a pistol pretty quickly.  If not, then give me the M24 but let me fire it as fast as I can shoot my pistol.

Plus, I believe the P90 and MP7 both fire faster than the MG36 does.

Also, what happens if someone wants a shotgun?  Or an AT rocket?  Do we get to choose our ammunition?  What about reload times?   If we do, then I'll take ERYX rounds, attributing 10 points to reload time, 10 to rate of fire, and someone else can use my spare 5 points.

Ok, Ok, fair points but consider this to be a perfect carbine then or assault rifle.

whatever the PKM was in 1.2, damn nothing could top that :p

                                        10=As good as the MG36  The MP7, Type 85, M249SAW, PP-19, Type 95, M16A2, FAMAS, G36E and the MP5 all fire 50% faster.

Highest Accuracy : PKM/MG36 (prone)
Lowest Accuracy : Sniper Rifle (Unzoomed)

Highest Damage: L96/M24/M95 (95)
Lowest Damage: SMGs (19)

Highest Recoil: SVD/Type 88
Lowest Recoil: L85A2 (from EF) - M16 is lowest BF2 one.

Highest ROF: SMGs, some LMGs, G36E, etc
Lowest ROF: PKM (not including shotguns)

One of those rifles that were featured in the movie "Eraser" that shoots emp shit or whatever the hell it was.
