when you throw one at some one , does it kill them if it hits them (not the blast but the grenade its self?) Because I remember playing oman, I was MEC and we were raping the carrier. I landed RIGHt on the deck and had to reload, so I threw a grenade at some guy and it killed him, lol I was like, WTF IT DIDNT EVEN EXPLODE YET! can that happen or, did I miss something?
From my understanding... If you throw a nade at someones head in BF2, It will kill them.
Im not sure if you chuck the nade at the body if it does any damage...

I know you can kill someone for sure with a nade without the blast, because you can kill people with Smoke Grenades, that have no explosive Power.

It definitely can kill them, however I think it takes about ~50% health away, so they already have to be hurt (correct me if I'm wrong). In fact, the phenomenon you mention is a very desirable way to kill someone, above shock-paddling.

The smoke grenades, zip lines etc are easy to get. Same as nades.. poeple just dont notice the nade thing because everyone knows how to kill with those.

I've killed quite a few people with nades just by throwing it at them. It's easiest when they are prone, if you throw it so it lands at their chin, it'll get stuck under their head and kill them regardless of how much health they have left (works the same as when you die by being trapped between a vehicle and a wall, even though the vehicle isnt even moving), then if you're lucky it'll explode when the medics come to revive him
I still think the best way of killing someone is to bail out of a plane and parachute down onto their head, especially if it was the guy in the stinger that forced you to bail in the first place :-P
