How about this?

The ability for a pilot to see enemy aircraft through the use of the satellite scan system? In real life.. pilots don't fly blindly into combat waiting to get a guy on his six... they rely on the AWACS.

Enemy aircraft would be displayed on the compass... this feature can be disabled through the destruction of the satellite scan trailer... thoughts?

could be cool. if commanders had a fuction like scan only for air vehicles (lets say above 200 ft?). the button could reload around the rate of regular scan.

That would´nt help F35 against J10 at all : / at least in my experience i stay at 300+ all the time in the F35 and goes down only for bombing and to refill

In real life, jets are not ninjas like they are in bf2.

Jets in bf2 have more then enough going for them.

Oh yea? Ever seen a ninja-pilot? Thought not.

Life's a hidden ninja.

If you can't shoot down a helo in a mobile AA you should quit the game tbh. No offense, it's just absurdly easy.

Jets go down to, unless you're they're target, then it's game over

Commanders should be spotting jets anyway since they are the fastest moving dots on the screen. Anyway, it would suck for everyone in a jet who was less skilled than the most skilled pilot in the air. If I knew where the other jets were at all times I would ALWAYS go straight for shooting them down.

I didn't say anything about not being able to shoot them down, only spotting them.

Just rotate around, listen for spottings and watch for the bright green brackets

That works fine for helos but i see your point about jets as they come out of nowhere at 1000kph
