have you ever been stuck behind a building as a sniper or medic and been surrounded by armour trying to get you and think,,,shit i should have went spec ops?

car drops have caused nothing but trouble, between helping glitchers into buildings , killing snipers when they get a good spot, and make servers ajust their rules to try prevent "cartillery".

kit drops would only be a good thing surely.

Or just change supply crates so that it allows you to change your kit.

However, this would have to be regulated.  Otherwise everyone would flock to the crates when they hear armor, switch to AT, then when the tank is down, switch back to what they were.

One kit change per person, per crate, with a maximum of 5 kit changes total.  I think that would work out nicely.

well maybe, but I still find car drops useful (especially on maps like wake, provided there's a decent commander).  So I don't know... I like the idea though

I agree.  There have been quite a few times when I've been stuck in the middle of nowhere since people take a vehicle without waiting to pick people up...and the commander has dropped a car for me.  It's quite nice.

In my experience, introducing changes to a game that is already pretty damn good is a bad idea (for example, just look where adding vehicle drops got us).  For every change there is another problem added.  There have been thousands of suggested changes so far, just leave the damn thing alone please.

Or, how about been able to change your kit at a supply crate once per spawn?? meaning that you can change your kit once, but if you die, that gets reset so you can respawn again, and if required, change again at a crate??

Good idea, but make it 1 kit change per person per supply box .

actually, kit drops wouldn't be a bad idea. have the commander able to drop any kit they like, but don't allow the person to specify the kit they want, and so, it's pot luck if the kit is nay better. and it would enable commanders to help when they want assets repaired. oh, and make the old kit disappear so that you can't switch back w/o another kit drop.

But that wouldn't serve much use for the player...them getting a random kit

i dont know...i kinda like the vehicle drops especially on maps like wake. feels good to know that the commander actually gives a shit about his squads.

assault kit drop on your location ?????
I give in its a great ID and it gives the commander something extra to do......
but then again if he could just drop ammobags like 4 times per minute it would almost do the same
becuase you have ammo again ........

even better y not have mobile spawn crate it would add a little more fun to the game, only allows 2 people to spawn on it, so u could get rid of the arty and carty and have mobile spawn crates, supply crates and kit crates, and commander will get the uav missiles to defend his base?

That would work too

it doesnt need to be a real kit u may take a rocket launcher with 1 shot.
but cartillery should be random drop, but on the road, because usually i call commander for car drop

When I'm commander, the players ask for car drop more than artillery, uav and even supplies so it's definitely useful.

The kit drop idea is great if you don't want to be dependent on other players, but it would make teamwork slightly less useful and take away some of the benefit of being in a squad.

There should be both, cardrop and kit change drop. Or supply drops that have kit change function.
