Gone to the Leaderboard, clicked a name or two to see if they're online, and then joined a server to see how the big boys play?

I just decided I'm going to "stalk" someone on the top 10 and see if they're really that damned good...

Anybody here ever gone up against one of the top 10 or 20, and if so were they brutal?

Have played against some, not the stalking thing, they just joined the server were i was in, and i wasn't that impressed, just good/regular players that play allot

i was on a server that the Tf people joined. most of them just tank whored. i sayed away and when they got out, bang, fragged. then, just cause, i got in the tank and went 50-0 kill death. LOL LOL. that shows how easy tanks are.

i would have to agree with Alpha ive been in severs where they joined and they were just regular players...and no i dont chase them down or look at what severs they are in

Commander and tank whore guy, no offense.
Ya, he was good, he kept laying down fire where he knew from experience people would hide.
Hard to respect a commander in a tank with steady uav overeflight.

I guess you mean Firestorm? Blazin usually neither plays commander nor armor.

Nope but ive played against Bushviper and BabySpinach tag team ownage a couple times in SF. Most of these times I didnt even realise it until I entered the server and found myself surrounded by Privates and Corporals on my team and 3 Colonels on the other team.

Never stalked any, but ECR.RC joined a server I was on the other day. He whored the APC the entire time, and still got like 7th. I beat him groundpounding. *shrug*

those guys are not that good well they just play a loot but a lot so they have lots of points, i have played with balzin.uk when he was frist in the leaderbord and he has never finish a round frist always between the 2 and 4 in the team because he play medic a lot not a tank whore like the 1 one on the team but he was playing a lot, so if i was doing 200 point in a day balzin was at like 2000 loool thats why does guy are top 10 they just play fkn 12hrs a day !

oh i forgot lool this is a good one, i remember saw blazin.uk playing in this karkand server being medic so i was like wtf i need to TK that guy he is the fkn frist in the world looooooooooool HAHA so i just disconnected created a acount get back in the server and i TK'ed Blazin.Uk like 3 times looooooool IM SORRY BLAZIN YOUR A FKN GOOD PLAYER .... im sad he dont play anymore he was fkn pwning !

Yeah, I've played against the Australian guys...None of them are any good...90% of the time, they're in tanks and spawn killing...

I've paddled Firestorm, blown up ECR.RC, played with BushViper. Haven't had the pleasure of playing any of the others, they're either German or Australian or Japanese.

I find 'BadBadMan69's usename to be hilarious for some reason.

I have played with BushViper a few times, I got my Leviathan score with his help and BabySpinach in a full server. If you are in there squad, they will make it a mission to kick ass and bring you with them.

When will some people learn that being in the top 10 for global score does not mean that these guys have God Like BF2 skills?

IMO, SPM is the best indicator of a players skill level, but only if they play karkland with a decent amount of players. Which is very common among many players.

So if you want to play against some talented players, I would suggest stalking some of the top SPM guys. Although upon inspection there a few stat padders in the top 50 SPM list. So best check out KD Ratio with different weapons and how many gold / silver / bronze they have in comparison to time played.

After looking at his stats I would agree. But by the looks of it Volx gets in the top 3 70% of the time he plays and its usually the number 1 spot each round. There is no doubt he is a good player. Even if he is a bit of a nade / c4 spamming amour whore.
