If, having sent someone a message a few days previously, I send them another one, I get this error:

Has this happened to anyone else?  It has been atleast 48 hours since my last send, not 60 seconds.

I  sometimes have luck by adding a period, or something and then resubmitting it. Or;
Copy it, close what your trying to send and find them on a post a pm them from there. Works every time.

its a common bug. People thing its something wrong with the forum but i personally think its something on their computer causing it. I had the problem once and I resolved it by setting up an exception to allow all bf2s.com cookies. Others say it doesn't work for them. Then again the only cookies that get on my system are ones setup like that either way.

I always allow cookies, and have to scan lots for adware as a result
