the RoE say its not allowed to forbid the use of anything ect. 1.4 has the DISABLE option, so its not possable to use, so not breaking the RoE.

but if your like me, you say: fuck you RoE, and just have some fun on it.

I thinks its illegal to make a server rule about it.
Players can aggree in a game, it just cant be a rule.
