You can have either, but omitting the second s (as in Norris') is the preferred version according to the MLA, so that's what you should go with, not Norris's. You were right the first time.

Anyway, b.o.t., I got this graphics glitch pretty much when I started playing, have had it about four five times since, and that includes a couple of times with the APC. I wonder if you can get it with the muscle car in AF... that'd look pretty weird.
