I have Combat Infantry Medal but no Knife Badge?

I was working on my Basic Knife Badge and reached 7 kills iar. I immediately recieved the Combat Infantry Medal which says it requires the basic knife badge. However... I never recieved my Basic Knife Badge. This was 2 days ago on Rubberducky ranked server. I have recieved the majority of my awards on this server. What can I do to fix this? Thanks in advance for any advice.

Wait, how did that happen? I don't know, but I do know that if you send a screen of an award you got but never recieved to EA they will give it to you, but that would probably suffice. A link to your stats would be nice.

My stats are under number 43358434

It actually shows me as having the Expert Knife Badge when I looked it up on this site... But when I go into the BFHQ from inside the game, it doesn't even show that I have the basic. Now I'm even more confused LOL.

I had all the global kill requirements for the badges... I just didn't have the 7 in a round for the basic.

I got the exact same as you. I had to get 7 kills IAR and i got it. It said i immediately got the medal and badge, but it didnt show up. Give it some time. Thats what happened to me. And you also got basic, vet and exp all in one day, like me.

your stats look fine now. As has been said, you have to give the stats some time to update, especially over the weekend, when the number of players in the system is higher than during the week, and update times tend to be slow. Patience is the key here.
