I thought the last time to join a Squad and get some points for a certain badge but our total was well over 126 and all i needed were 40 i didn't get those points to get the badge i wanted.

Please reword your post in a more coherent fashion.
I'm not aware of an award that's gained by total squad points... are you thinking of basic commander badge?

* IAR: 15 team points
* Global: 10h Total time as squad member
* Global: 10h Total time as squad leader
* Global: 10h Total time as commander
the IAR is the only teamwork points you need. Dont think there are squad points per say
