I know it might sound weird coming from someone with almost 20,000 points, but I have no idea how to request a vehicle drop, UAv overflight, supplies or an arti attack from the commander. I know when I've played commander they come as "requests", not just someone asking via typing, (commander, pelase send me supplies). Can it only be done by squad ldrs? HELP!
Not that hard,
You have 2 choose an action roses, one that you always use (standard key binding: q on qwerty) for need amo / pick up , ... and another for special requests (standard key binding t)
The latter gives you the following as:
Commander:
allows you to place UAV, Arty, Car... in active combat mode, whilst not look at your overview screen.
Squadleader:
Send orders to squad to defend, attack, ... AND send requests to commander for suply, UAV, ...
Squadmember:
Send requests to squadleader; need UAV, ... (now I am not very certain myself, but I believe the squadleader has to confirm this request so that the commander receives it, never had this situation before, so please someone confirm this for me)

hehe... in deed a bit strange with your playtime... but we help, if ever we can...
As a squad member, you can press "T" and have a few possibility to ask your squad leader for supplies, etc. As squad leader, press "T" and you can request all the nice things... btw, check out the games manual... buttons "Q" and "T" are your communication channels...

Thanks guys, I thought I tried every key searching for it, but I'll check it next round.
I also had that prob, beause I changed the T key to reload. Maybe you hanged you T key also.
