This game was wicked, I had been playing JO up until BF2's release date, it took me a while but within a week I knew how good this game was. You learn of patches to be released and Im thinking, "oh great we got aftersales care aswell" but the patches change things that didnt need changing, things we wouldnt even dream about changing and your left thinking "they'll sort it out next patch which shouldnt take long to make" (not that I would know) but no they don't, they pick a diffrent aspect of the game to change. Then come the expansions which going off SF, if you didnt buy you would be at a loss when compared to someone who has, weapon unlocks.
Currently this game is knackered, I had been thinking the last two weeks it was my pc that was, maybe it is but I know how many people are suffering like myself. I play on EA UK offical servers and the Rotation starts on Dalian Plant, within the 1st 6-8 maps. The servers dont go through the full rotation anymore, you play the same few maps now.
I like to restart the pc before I have load up BF2 as my kids use it aswell, I have 1 gig or ram. For some reason my pc takes a little longer to restart and the game takes longer to load, as do the maps. I find im staring at loading screens now almost as much as game screens etc. Only 3/4 weeks ago I was saying how I still dont need to find another game to play on as I love this one so much. Its becoming unberable, Im an addict to BF2, I have to get my nightly fix of it, I can go one night without it but I always make up the next night. Its awful with the constant crashing, not all EA/DICES fault perhaps, could my pc possibly crash a gaming server?
Between 9.30pm - 1.00am I probably now crash 5 times.
Please sort this out before I go nuts, before I flip out, before I loose it (some say this is already to late) oh and EA I'll give you a tip.......it's in the game. Thats this game you sold us not the next expansion of 2142 whatever it is.
