Iv been playing BF2 4 about 2 months now and ever since i got it iv bin avin problems the main one is sometimes when im connecting to a server as its loading the sound jus stops completely goes quiet then it seems to take ages to connect but if i wait 4 it 2 load and then disconnect the music comes back on as soon as its disconnected this jus seems 2 happen randomly i can play on a server a few rounds with no probs then when it loads a new map the sound will jus go its drivin me mad

can n e 1 think of somthin i can try ??

Sorry sounds just like a CTD without the actual TD bit.  What is loading when id stops working, and was that 'the sound cuts off'  or 'goes quiet'?
Why are you disconnecting after it has loaded?

You also seem to have a problem with your keyboard, there are a load of letters missing.




[EDIT   I have been thinking, can you play the game ok without the music, is it actually working? Just no sound?  And what about the FX, do they work. 
It might be damage on the disk, or your drive?   Do you have one of those "skip forward" buttons on the drive?  If so try it?  Long shot but it has worked for me with other games. ]

Hello,

I thnik that your problem must be linked to your RAM. If you have low RAM you can have that kind of problem.
I have 1G and during loading I have some freeze or sound problem
