It was supposed to be in the 1.03 patch (the one that brought Wake). Maybe this explains why when Im in a locked squad it says 'invite request timed out'.

Guess it jsut never made it in.

I suppose maybe because they either forgot about it, got lazy whatever, or though it might be too easy to abuse it by continuously attempting to join the same squad, hence spamming the squad leader.

But really, I haev no idea, nice find.
