to do a 1 button spot in heli or jet if your using a joypad or joystick do this in same order.
1, set whatever stick/jpad button you want to use to replace Q in game controls.
2, in joytokey set the same stick/pad button to act as mouse 1.
you'l then have a 1 press spotted button.i use it myself on my joypad to spot jets so i know it works,only thing is you have to set the buttons in same order as above,otherwise if you set the key in joytokey before setting the key in game controls it'll register the Q key in game controls as mouse1 & wont work.
