maybe player should stop calling each other ''whore simply because they play a particular aspect in the game.....that is annoying
maybe he was trying to get his expert armor badge. ive played against some generals and ironically they seem to switch teams to my side after awhile.
there are a few good players in the top 100. A lot of people above lt. or so are great team players, sad thing is, many more just seem to care about points. I consider myself a high ranked player and a team player. I play every kit, try to practice with every vehicle, have tons of flag caps and assists. i am ranked in the top 2000 or so in the world in team points and proud of it. and plenty of people play just like i do too. Just do like I do and make a list of great team players, put them on your toplist and look them up every time you play. much more enjoyable that way.

Whoring is a GREAT thing! It is the main function of BF2. I can appreciate any type of whore.

Well they are, I guess, every top 100 must be good at some type of vehicle or another...But calling them a whore is just plain retarded. If you're good in one type of vehicle, then why not use it? If you wanna use the term "whore", then im a self proclaimed plane/heli whore. And I do play for points, but I have a goal. To reach at least colonol. Once im there ill probably play a lot less. But playing for 8 hrs every day, after you already have 450000 points just to get more points, is just sick.(EUS)Gen.BadSnipaDay wrote:
You know. not everyone with high ranks and alot of points is a "whore"...
For each is own.Tunacommy wrote:
....but at least I get on the ground, join a squad and charge a flag or two. Yah, I die a lot - but I usually kill more than I get killed. That is much more fun to me than simply sitting 200 yards from a spawn picking people off while sitting on a crate the whole game.
So....the only thing I learned was that to amass major points, I need to be a whore.....I would rather be an average schmuck and shoot people close up with a G3.
For geographical reasons I get to play with a lot of the top 50 aussies.
I can't say I've found any of them to be anything other than good players and generally good sports too.

If the top 100 was based mainly on infantry, then that board would DRASTICALLY CHANGE. Most of, not all of the top scorers whore something, mainly a vechile.
Maybe bf2 has aspects on tanks they enjoy or maybe they hate the infentary because not everyone needs to play on the ground the game wasnt made for ground
So fucking what? Vehicles are there to be used. This is a battlefield so people do not have to play on foot at all if they don't want to.gburndred wrote:

I guess I just envisioned a guy that played that much with that many points would be a good "ground" player.....and was disapointed that all he did was sit in a tank....we WAS good at staying alive - he was smart enough to sit on crates and was aware of the C4 guys charging him, but would have really been cool to follow him around a map for awhile on foot, or so I thought.Dagriz wrote:
i think he actually did a great job that round .....
he is smart enough to stand beside a suply crate and kill a lot...wasnt he helping is team for a win ?! maybe the answer is yes
during he was doing it the rest of the team had enough cover to cap some flag.!
edit : btw on wich map was it ?
Map was Mashtur City.
