Maybe I am a N00b but I have tried to find ranked maps with more tickets than 100/100 without any luck...what am I doing wrong????

There are none after the 1.03 patch.
Try to find a server with 64 player maps and a lower amount of max players. (like 40 or so)
edit: to find them click on a server and check the pic on the right side of the screen or the 64 underneath.
(seems to me that setting the large maps filter on or off does not help. i see 16 and 32 maps ehter way.)

There are still maps with 200 tickets (Ranked servers) out there, you just have to find them. And to prove they exist.... here's a screenie while I wait for others to join, and I only play on ranked servers
