Ok, not sure when this happened as Ive been gone for like 8 months but when did they decide to make it easier to get the ribbon? I was really really happy when I was able to get it and thought it was pretty cool that I was one of the few that was able to get it...ya know a ribbon that didnt require an ungodly amount of hours playing the game to finally get. I obviously dont have 100 hours as commander, dont have 25k command points, but sure as hell have a 3:1 win ratio. Oh well...was only a matter of time before enough complaints where sent in about an award that was "impossible to get" unless you actively did something to help the team win.
