its got 1 gig ram and new intel duo core processor, but I dont think that stock video card will suffice.

I once rang up PC world and asked them how much they sell their RAM for. The person on the end of the phone replied, "whats RAM?"
Also, laptops are not meant for gaming..... they over heat the screen is crap, just dont buy a laptop for gaming ok?
