whenever i install 1.22 or 1.3 then go to start up bf2 or bf2sf it loads up, then crashes to the desktop..any ideas? or at least a link a thread with help in it..

oh and i have both snipers unlocked but i can only switch to the .50cal when im playing special forces

Are you using the full patch? Also in SF you cannot use your SF unlocks(or tier 2 unlocks).

yea i used the full patches, lol how do you use the guns then? but anyway..ive tried installing the patches/ getting them from different places and still no luck..

I just reinstalled and patched one time (1.21 - 1.3 full patch 438mb) and it has worked fine (don't need to actually initiate two patches, it auto patches from 1.1 to 1.21 when you open EA downloader)

Also, when you select a kit there should be an up/down arrow on the top right of the kit box that allows you to select the unlocks..happy hunting!

yea i know about the arrows, but i cant get the tier 2 unlocks while playing, its unlocked in the stats thing but if i push the arrow thing it just takes me between 2 different guns instead of 3

so..i found a patch that worked and it said it was 1.3 but in bf2 it still says its 1.21 in the top right corner?
and it seems to have made everything laggy..sweet
