1. Stats are not important. Okay, it's nice to be able to track your own progress, but (a) it's a game - not life or death and (b) Jeffro's stats are nothing to do with you so why should you care?
2. If his stats got reset it's because he did something against the ROE. You may not like the ROE, but those are the rules everyone in the world who plays this game have to adhere to. If you break the rules, you get reset. The simple answer is "if stats are important to you and you don't want to be reset, don't break the ROE"
3. If you think someone has been unfairly reset (unlikely given the responses here), complain to someone who can do something about it. Send an e-mail to EA, don't bitch and moan about it on a forum that has no direct affiliation to or influence over EA.
I could go on but I really can't be arsed.

The RoE need to be rewritten
1)don't piss off other players excessively
anything else should be coded out

Jeffro can sometimes be a really nice guy, but 3 out of 5 times hes a real dickhead to me, even when i didnt say or do anything to him.
I play with {ARK} clan most of the time (but I dont talk to them, cuz im quiet), and they are good players. He also showed me a few tricks on Sharqi, but i dont think he should have been reset just for being able to shoot and fly at the same time.
