I'm getting pings of 1000 in multiple servers and it isn't reducing. I'm getting kicked all the time when i actually do play

I can't fucking play this game anymoe. Ever sinch i installed gamelite last night everything is ruined. I uninstalled it but i'm still getting horrible pings. I don't have wireless, and before i installed it i got pings beloew 100 on this seres (Say 70 ot 50). I don't know what the hell is going on

Ctrl-alt-del and get up the network monitor.
Then keep killing off tasks until the network traffic drops.
Once you've found your culprit, uninstall it or use msconfig to prevent it running.

The only thing in my ntowrking is Local Area Connection. I've shut down all my tasks except for ZoneLabs firewall thingy (i can't shut it down neway, it hasn't caused problems) explorer.exe, iexplorer.exe'

The lowest ping I ever got was 80...Apart from the old btnet.is servers that only ran retarded 32 player maps.
ALT F4 should solve the problem. Or try and stay out of your Msn,Yahoo, and AOL messengers while your playing
