OMG this cannot be happening : (.. ok i put CD in, Start BF2, the screen that says "Battlefield 2" comes up... then it goes black... then shows the desktop for lik 0.0001 secs.. (i dont know) then go black again... then goes back to Desktop completely, and BF2 doesn't start SOMEONE HELP !!!

hmmmmm...... try to shut down your background tasks (see BF2 manual)
As tvmissleman said. Close all other programs before starting bf2. If the problem continues, you might want to reinstall it.

It might have to do with your monitor refresh rate. Put your refresh rate at default (60hz) then in game (If you get in) change the resolution and hz to whatever you prefer.
