I started a new profile, as my clan dissintegrated (and my full profile name included the clan tag).  Anyway, on my new profile started this past weekend:  Panthr93 - I have not managed to get promoted beyond Private First Class even though at 500 points I should've made Lance Corporal - I have 67X points...  I'll play tonight and should get easily get past the 800 points for full Corporal..   I need my unlocks!!  

Any advise would be helpful on how to get my promotion as I should have.

you can only advance rank during a ranked game. in other words if you got the points and the servers were slow onupdating that day then you would need to keep playing until it go to you and realized you need a higher rank.

just go play it should advance you after the first round or even after a few points.

What he said. It should come just keep playing and be sher you are on a ranked server.
