Hi all guys i was wondering htis for like almost a month , so i thought let's post this up at BF2S, well here it comes..


When im in a jet( i fly with a joystick) and so, when i see a jet, that is almost getting me, i wanna spot it so i can get it follow me onto our stingers or AA vehicles, so how to make a bind that you spot the enemy not that you have to do that menu completely only that you can bind 1 key of your joystick to that one

Thanks in advance guys, thats a big point for CS: S you can bind everything, even some special kinda commands to do fun stuff ^^

I don't think you can do this, sorry. There have been a number of threads on binding individual messages from the commo rose and as far as I know there's just no way.

I use a saitek cyborg evo, and with the software I was able to bind buttons on the stick to talk, rear view, Affirmative, Negative .. but that was the next thing I was about to do was try that.. and I believe it is possible to spot thing, however.. being chased from behind tho? not sure

No not from behind but just i try to get him in my aim and do that, and try to tell my squad members/mates that i got a jet on my ass and that i need help, and then they can see ah there he is when i spotted him..

and yes but the Q with spotted etc. that button , they'd better make it different, not all in 1 , just enable the option to bind every command seperately ... too bad this isn't able for us

Yeah every separate option isn't possible (i believe)  But it doesn't matter anyway.. whatever's in your sight will "spot" right?  And it's not like you'll have to tell yourself to reload repair.. I tried the spotting thing on my joystick but it was at like 4am and my eyes were burning.
