Yes you are right on... You must have all the unlocks now, or you've played SF. I picked up the wrong ones, don't waste your time on the Spec Ops gun.

Before you pick your new unlocks, you can test them out on Single Player. Take your time and get a feel for these weapons before you rush to unlock!!!!!

No way man. Pick up whatever gun you want and spray and pray.
The new unlocks are garbage. The only decent ones are the assault and the medic ones. Get all the old unlocks first.
F2000 and MG36 are great.
