Hi all

I haven't playin' BF for two days and just right now, when I try to login, the message above appears. I haven't changeed anything somewhere, tried also to re-enter the password several times (Yes, Caps Lock was off.. )

Have anyone an idea? Oh, and yes, I've also used the Search, but didn't find anything helpful...

Are you trying to login with your BF2 account username or your email address?

Try both ways and see what happens.

Also i think if you go to the EA site, you can say that you have forgotten your password and they will send it to the email address which you registered with.

I've tried both now. The email adress is invalid now. I wrote to EA support and hope the best now...

It should be okay. Are you sure that you are typing the right password. There could also be an error.

Yes, password and email adress are correct. It's really strange. I've tried it on GameSpy and there I had to reset my password...

i got the same problem on my account where i had 200h and one where i had 60h but i didnt get any help from EA so i made a new account again.

I made it!

The reset of the password at GameSpy solved it. Interesting point is, that I had taken the same password again and after the re-login also my Ingame Name was there and is now working again...

Strange, but only important point is, that it works again. Thanx to all for your advices...

Try deleting and retrieving your account. Don't know if it works, but it's worth a try?

Negative aspects: The annoying "general" giving you hints and tips while you play.. "Press the S-key to engage hover mode.."

Edit: Too late.. Great that you have your game working, though!

Always is everbody moaning about EA. Here some good news about EA Germany. The wrote me a mail and send me the links to GameSpy, where I can get my problem solved. Also with the explanation, that the game accounts will be managed be GameSpy and not by EA as reason, why they can't help.

OK, I figured it out by myself... just wanna say, that EA isn't hopeless...

This happened to me last night, but all i did was re-boot my PC and it allowed my password very strange..

oh BTW eraser... how come u dont run 24/7 dragon valley no more

Good question! Probably, because I never had a 24/7 Dragon Valley? Or because, I never had running a Server at all?

lol, well I had the same problem. I use an azerty board, and for some reason he remembered the password as qwerty. So now I have to type my password again every single time I log in. (and yes, now you know my password has at least one of the following letters: azqwm) Nice hint eh

But glad to see that it's solved for you!
