I've been a little confused about one thing. Ever since I bought special forces, I've been able to log on to my account and all the new stats are integrated into your existing account. It even keeps all your global score as one, any points you get in SF or BF2 go towards the same global score. Cool right?
Well, before I bought Special Forces, I had about 7 hours as commander, and around 90 hours as squad leader, squad member, etc. SO I figured to get the Distinguised Service Ribbon, I'd just finish up the next 3 hours (for 10 hours as commander) playing commander in SF.
Well I checked BFHQ and found that I had been commander for 10 hours 45 minutes. So where was my Distinguised Service Ribbon then???
It seems to me, that although all scores from both games go into your account as one, the requirements for medals still track what game the score or time, etc. was played on. So my guess is that I have to get the next three hours on just BF2. This is deceiving, considering seeing how the stats work. I think EA should change this.
Unless I'm mistaken somehow, let me know what you think. Thanks for reading all this by the way
